平松誠一 (Seiichi Hiramatsu)
NTTドコモ出身。在籍時は一貫して広告宣伝・マーケティングに携わる。 1996年NTTドコモを退社。独立後の現在、企業ブランディング支援会社の株式会社ベレネッツの代表取締役。
ドコモ時代は、その潤沢な広告予算で業界TOPを突き進むことができると思っていたところ、はるかに広告投資額の少ないNCC（新たに参入してきた携帯電話、ポケットベル業者）にボロ負けし、その結果から「これからの時代、ブランドの支持を得るには押し込むようなPUSH的戦術やマス媒体での広告戦術は効果なし」との認識を持つ。
以降はこれらの手法を反面教師とし、「引き寄せる」＋「再現性のある」ブランディング＋マーケティング事業に25年間以上携わっている。
重要なことは、ブランディングはロゴを作ったり、イメージチェンジをすることではなく、ターゲット層に刺さる認識を構築することだと考える。
